But the tilt cuts both ways right now. Most large organizations have not finished their own AI adoption work. A small business that moves now is not just catching up. For a short window, it can pass them.

A flexible grant pool, seeded at $5,000 a year by New Era Systems and open to additional sponsors. Not one check to one winner: a business that needs $400 for a year of AI subscriptions gets $400. One building a real solution might need $2,500 in API and cloud costs.

Subscriptions are paid directly to the vendor for a year. Other costs are reimbursed against receipts. Awards continue until the pool is spent.
